Guide: How to Change Your Own Oil

Owning a car doesn’t have to cost you a fortune in expensive service bills every year. You can save about £100 just by changing your car’s oil on your own. You only needs some new oil, an oil filter and a few things that can be found around the house and you’re good to go. Changing your oil once every year or 10,000 miles (whichever is soonest) can significantly increase the life of your engine. Enjoy the vid.If you’re not confident in doing this yourself, then ask an experienced DIY mechanic to supervise you the first time, or you can always use an afforable national garage such as Kwik Fit.
